Bodywork
The skills and experience of our practitioners are varied and encompass the spectrum of bodywork from energetic healng to sports massage.
Yoga
We offer classes in Iyengar yoga. Yoga teaches strength and stamina, flexibility and balance, concentration and meditation. Students of Iyengar yoga begin with learning the asanas, or yoga postures. The method of study is progressive, and the postures are adjusted to meet the physical conditions and needs of each student. Beginners are welcome.
