Theresa practices Rosen Method bodywork, "An approach to wholeness and well-being through the body" which uses sensitive, respectful, and transformative touch.
Theresa is on the faculty at Rosen Method: The Berkeley Center, where she is a Senior Movement Training Teacher, an Introductory Workshop teacher, and in training as a Bodywork teacher. Theresa studies and teaches with various senior Rosen Method teachers, including founder Marion Rosen. She has taught Rosen Method Movement in Canada, Europe, and Mexico, and teaches weekly classes in the Bay Area.
Prior to coming to Rosen Method, Theresa worked in the corporate world for 18 years in various information systems capacities. She is a student of the Alexander Technique and mindfulness meditation, and is delighted to invite others to rediscover their inner essence through Rosen Method Bodywork and Movement.
